Olivier Nasti, who has made Le Chambard excellent for years, has decided to broaden his palette and now offers exceptional chocolates in Kaysersberg. His long-time pastry chef, Jordan Gasco, is of course also on board, and Skulptur is already, just a few months after opening, the temple of gourmands from all over the region, with its dragées au marc de gewurtztraminer, its ganache fumée au bois de sapin and its praliné au pain d'épices.
