Olivier Nasti, who has made Le Chambard excellent for many years, decided to broaden his palette by offering exceptional chocolates in Kaysersberg. His long-time pastry chef, Jordan Gasco, is also involved, and Skulptur has quickly become the temple for gourmets from all over the region. They flock here to taste the dragées au marc de gewurztraminer, the ganache fumée au bois de sapin or the praliné au pain d'épices.
