Descended from a long line of master coopers, wine brokers and then winegrowers, the Dopff family has a 13-generation tradition of expertise. Today, Étienne-Arnaud and his wife manage the estate, supported by their team of 50 enthusiasts. A visit (by appointment) to the Dopff museum, wine library and cellars will take you right to the heart of the legend of Alsace wines. Our favorite is the Riesling Grand Cru Schoenenbourg 2017, with its floral, fruity nose, 2 stars and a Coup de Coeur in the Guide Hachette des Vins. Cheers!

In Riedisheim, there is one of the most beautiful temples dedicated to the god of pastry! It is true that the pure butter pastry of Mr. Riss is delicious and brings back fond memories of childhood. This chocolate factory was founded in 1963 by Daniel Stoffel and his wife. Since then, the passion hasn't waned, and it's a huge concept store that you can visit in Ribeauvillé to enjoy an immersive experience in the colorful, playful Willy Wonka-style store, in the brand's colors (orange and brown). Workshops and demonstrations are organized all year round in the dedicated Choco'Wahou area, focusing on hand-crafted chocolate bonbons. A real treat!

The Gustave Lorentz house produces wines that are renowned and appreciated throughout the world. You can discover them in a spacious tasting room. Like the Pinot Gris Grand Cru Kanzlerberg 2020, a favorite of the Guide Hachette des Vins 2023: a superb wine for ageing that reveals sweet aromas of brioche and yellow-fleshed fruit. In Colmar, this beautiful shop is a must when it comes to desserts. Right from the start, the sight of its window awakens the taste buds! At Gilg, you're sure to find plenty of eclairs, verrines and other colorful macaroons. You'll be tempted by a lemon meringue tartlet or a cleverly deconstructed black forest. Pierre and Gilles Karcher manage this 10-hectare estate in the heart of Colmar, in an old ^17th century farmhouse. Certified organic since 2021, Karcher wines are produced with passion and each vintage is a renewal for the Colmar estate. Thanks to their AOC vines in the heart of the Harth region, their wines are unique and original. Born in Belgium not far from the famous Orval Abbey, Joël Halbardier could say that he fell into the beer pot when he was very young! Passionate about sparkling drinks, Joël set up a micro-brewery on the Alsatian banks of the Rhine, named after the patron saint of Vogelgrun. It produces 6 ranges of lager, brown or amber beers. We love the well-named Meid'la, an unfiltered, top-fermented lager brewed with Alsatian hops!

When you enter this real small supermarket, you suddenly travel several thousand kilometres to the Far East. While other Asian retailers sometimes offer only classic spices and exotic preserves, Vietnamese Trieu Hiep Hung goes further with a fresh produce section, amazing fruit and vegetables with a special and delicious taste, an impeccable butcher's corner and a very wide range of frozen products. Marc, Christiane, their parents and sons manage this 25-hectare estate (unification of the 2 family estates in 2003) as a family. Marc and his father have been working the vines together since 1982. The Thann Farmers' Market is held twice a month at the foot of the collegiate church. A great way to combine local consumption, short supply chains and conviviality. The first traces of this family of winegrowers date back to 1680. Since then, generations have succeeded one another, Philippe Brun and Antoine, his son, are determined to perpetuate the tradition. Philippe took over the reins in 2000 with his wife Alexandra. Together, they continue to run the 10-hectare estate and produce traditional cuvées and a special vintage, produced each year according to the vintage and inspiration. This very famous family estate is run according to the virtuous precepts of organic and biodynamic viticulture. It produces wines that are appreciated all over the world, as far away as Thailand, that's all. The prices charged are certainly much higher than the average in the region, but what a wonder when you come to taste them... by appointment only! You can be seduced without sulking your pleasure by the Muscat Roche Moulée with its beautifully voluptuous fruitiness, the lively and salty Zind or the Pinot Noir Heimbourg, a wine that can be kept deep and velvety.

This domain spreads over 12 hectares of which more than 7 hectares are on the famous Grand Cru Brand terroir. Its vineyard is composed for a good part of old vines of more than 40 years, and even 70 years for some! Conducted 100% biodynamically since 2016, Domaine Armand Hurst produces healthy and unadorned, yet powerful and racy wines. In particular the Pinot Noir Coeur de Dragon which seduces with its fleshy expression and silky mouth. More atypical, the SY'RO (a wine made from a sylvaner maceration) is a perfect accompaniment to a good baeckeoffe!

Welcome to a family of passionate winegrowers who manage their vineyard in organic and biodynamic methods, with the double certification Ecocert and Biodyvin. The Barthelmé family manages with love and harmony their domain which is among the most successful of the Alsatian vineyard. These good practices allow the Domaine Albert Mann to produce surprisingly balanced wines. Examples include the 2019 Gewurztraminer (Trophée du Meilleur Vin Moelleux/Doux Elle à Table 2021) and the 2018 Pinot Noir Les Saintes Claires rated 96/100 by the Revue des Vins de France.

Exceptional know-how for this legendary butcher's shop which offers high-flying Alsatian specialities! Artisanal charcuteries, smoked meats (collar, kassler, palette...), and succulent goose foie gras. It is a duo of sisters that we meet at the Josmeyer estate: Céline and Isabelle, the^5th generation of the estate, who manage 90 plots of land in the plain and on the slopes of the Grands Crus Hengst and Brand. Here, they are keen to give the soul of the terroir to each wine and to add passion and even poetry (which can be found on the walls of their cellar and on their unique and original labels) to make each cuvée unique, matured in century-old oak tuns.
