This bakery has existed for 30 years in Rixheim but has been taken over by a group of friends who are passionate about the quest for the 21st century bakery! And it's done! Breads, baguettes and other pastries are guaranteed gluten-free and lactose-free and are made with vegetable milk and 8 different types of flour. Thus the sugar level is lowered.
