Crisp baguettes, pure-butter croissants and good cheer await you here! That's how you could describe the famous bakeries run by Patrick, the bakery maestro since the 1970s! He got off to a merry start by taking his delicious bread directly to the towers of the ZUP, much to the delight of the residents. He then gradually launched his bakeries, initially named Wilson, since the first one opened on rue Wilson in Mulhouse, and as success grew, others followed. Today, they're called By Riclin.
