Christiane Masson knows a thing or two about home-made jams! She makes her own jams in her shop-workshop. Litchi, pineapple, myrobolan, nashi or more simply raspberry, strawberry or clementine... there are 80 fruits on offer and a hundred or so recipes. Other home-made surprises such as apricot with almonds and vanilla or green tomato with cinnamon as well as jellies, confits and chutneys, natural syrups with aromatic plants or fruits, without preservatives or colourings.
