Born under the impulse of three childhood friends who are both travelers and experienced beer lovers, this microbrewery offers hopped beverages with incomparable flavors, fruit of the experiences of Luc, Thibaut and Jean-Cyril. These three musketeers of the foam propose beers called classic: Cirrus (White India Pale Ale), Mosaïc (Pale Ale), Hindi (India Pale Ale). In addition, there are Beerstorming, ephemeral brews made according to the seasons. Everything can be tasted on the spot in the Brewup which combines bar and store!

C'est peut être un des bars tendances de Colmar. Un peu excentré de la ville (il faut connaître, beaucoup d'habitué) ce bar - plutôt concept dans une ancienne usine - propose de nombreuse bières et boissons toutes surprenantes les unes que les autres. Le Rhum arrangé n'est pas mal non plus. Et que dire des crackers à base de houblon ? Quelques planchas sont aussi servies... le service est très sympatique, en fait tout, sauf les prix un peu chers...
