Alsatian culinary tradition, sauerkraut has had its brotherhood since 1987. Indeed, the member restaurateurs are committed to serving a dish based on sauerkraut all year round! A convivial way to bring epicureans together! The association organizes inductions every year and has its own anthem, a bit folkloric and funny, but in 2018, Alsace sauerkraut obtained the very serious IGP recognition. A fine reward that must have delighted the members of the brotherhood.
