In Orschwihr, their charming bakery-pastry shop Maison Hirose delights the taste buds of gourmets and gourmands with a wide range of breads and pastries that reveal incomparable flavours. And when it comes to pastries, it's Byzantium! Sublime eclairs, tangy lemon tarts, Paris-Brest revisited in a version... Paris-Tokyo filled with azukis compote and matcha green tea cream. We're crazy about it!
