The Châtelet celebrated its 12 years last December. The warm welcome and good cuisine are for many. The friendly atmosphere is the place to be in this place of restoration with sober baroque décor. Here, no doubt, Italian pizza and kebab thing are kings. The connoisseurs of these delicacies from elsewhere do not hesitate to taste: perfumes and flavors do not deceive. Kebab in sandwich or cakes and tacos with choice of meat and crudities attracts the most pressing hungry. Others prefer to sit in front of a köfte plate with fries or enjoy a good Italian pizza, like the famous Margharita. And for those who still hesitate, the «châtelet» plate that mixes several meats is perfect. With Pizza Napoli, Raphael Dalle-Nogare promises you a journey through Italian flavours. This young pizzaïolo opened his restaurant in July 2016 with the desire to share his love of Italy and the good things. The reception is warm. The pizzas are prepared in your eyes and with care. Tomato sauce is made home, pizza paste, "made in Italy" and ham, sliced before you. The hotel's restaurant is pleasant with its clear wooden furniture and its view at the foot of the slopes in winter and the summer countryside. The map does a great deal of comtan salads of all kinds and honors the specialties of the Jura wines and mushrooms. This pizzeria offers an interesting range of pizzas, bruschettas, salads and takeaway drinks. Located on the street at the entrance to Lons-le-Saunier, coming from Bourg-en-Bresse, it uses only fresh produce. From classic to sophisticated, these Italian specialties are unfinished on the map in two different sizes. Some of them are made according to the tastes and the envy of the day. Juniors appreciate this formula. The most copious, Special S.O.S. Super, offers a choice of five toppings. The crisp and tasty bruschettas attract gourmets. They are very convenient for picnic when you are traveling or camping, or simply to delight with friends without cooking. La Regina with ham and entirely vegetarian gardener inspires the palace. Just like the salads that fill the dishes generously. There are drinks for everyone, from coca to rosé wine. It is prudent to order Jean-Claude in advance for not having to wait, even at noon. Located at the exit of Salins Le Ranch offers you an exceptional panoramic view of the 2 Salinois forts. He has long specialized in group management (150 seats). But anyone can go there alone or in small groups. The dishes are tasty and copious with a natural welcome of sympathy.

Auberge Fleurie is a special restaurant. Audrey and Bruno, the bosses, specialized him in groups (associations, clubs, families, coaches...). The entertainment and meal-dancing menus run all year round (accordion, theatre, peasant games, stories, songs). People in small groups coming by car, bus or motorcycle can eat there provided they have made a reservation. The regional decor, the good-natured atmosphere and the quality of the food make this Jura restaurant a very friendly and friendly place. The themed menus (including drinks) such as "Franche-Comté weddings, old married couples, pig, tree or Christmas turkey killed" are very festive and joyful. Le Relais du Boucher also makes a catering service and proposes in its shop, open Tuesday to Saturday to 80, place Saint-Michel, meat and charcuterie prepared by Franck Simon like some local produce (honey, wine and beer of the Jura, cheeses...).

The large room has 70 seats and the terrace covered in season offers a country view. Bikers like to stop there before continuing to nearby Upper Doubs. Grillades at lunch, an express formula or a dish of the day for the most pressing, will be perfect for walking or skiing. In the evening, but also at noon, a gourmet menu with pepper pepper and chicken stack to yellow wine or a menu of the skier with a plate of smoked trout and a false net, or the Risoux gratinate, specialty of the restaurant, even a juror juran to the morilles and a stone cooking dish to the three meats. Between lakes and mountains, we eat well at the Forest Restaurant. There's no mistake about the surroundings. The staff were friendly and helpful. The interior decoration in solid, simple and tasteful furniture is up to the taste of the dishes. Carbohydrates are concerned about wastage, large and small portions. Homemade food is a perfect base for local local products. To be really happy, we can be tempted by the map that changes over the seasons: forest crust to morillae, fondue in the county with charcuterie plate, Jurassian burride, scoop filets to macvin, flip-comtan poultry. And finally, the hot cold of mirabelles with its vanilla ice cream is perfect. A wide selection of wines is offered at the table. The bar is really nice with its barrel tables, copper counter, high blond wooden stools and a welcoming terrace. A good address to remember.

There's a simple reason for the last name: "L'Annexe" is that of its elder brother "L'Atelier" in Champagnolle. In a warm décor and magnificent setting where the panorama of nature dominates, it's an invitation to travel. Regional dishes rub shoulders with those from all over the world. We love the pan-fried "Morbiflette" with Morteau sausage just as much as the "Globe Trotter's" plates. Like the "Beirut", which includes chawarma, kefta kebab and falafel. And why not the "Cancun" or the "Perle du Jura"?
