Large and very bright room in Saint-Claude elaborating regional products, meats and fish.

A large, bright room with elegantly laid tables. Large bay windows offer an exceptional view of the mountains, the town and the Biel valley. The cuisine highlights regional products such as snails and croutons in a pot with Pontarlier aniseed or smoked beef tongue with tartar sauce, wild boar stew "French hunting", fish from the region, fillet of Valouse trout in a herb crust. In winter, the hot Mont d'Or is a happy way to discover this atypical cheese.
