Opened in 2012, this via ferrata is becoming an essential part of the region. This 350 m ski hiking route runs through the «Sous» cliff and offers stunning views of the lake Vouglans and its surroundings. Neither too simple nor too athletic, it allows everyone, according to its abilities, to begin to embark on this type of touristic-sports excursion thanks to 2 itineraries. Take an average of 1 hours to make this trip as a couple, group or family. An initiation course of 90 m (45 minutes and 15 minutes échappatoire) allows children (minimum size required: 1,10 m) to discover too, the joys of via ferrata. We advise you to do it in the morning in the morning to avoid the hot and reverberation of the rays of the sun on the lake. Grandes Traversées du Jura coordinates and develops activities on the GR5 and GR9 routes. 180 public and private organizations are members. The Grande Traversée du Jura can be done on foot, mountain bike, mountain bike, snowshoes, cross-country skis or horseback! 388 km of marked trails from Montbéliard to Culoz (01) cross the Parc naturel du Haut-Jura.

The interactive terminals help to understand the link with nature. There are a total of 12 circuits in this area, the longest of which is 45 km long. There is even one for mountain bikers. The Spéléo-Club San-Claudien is a caving club located in the town of Coteaux du Lizon. They offer caving and canyoning activities.

Ludy Park is the perfect place to learn and improve your mountain biking skills, while enjoying the pleasure of riding on modules adapted to your progress and level (bumps, high curves, obstacles to overcome, etc.). It's a playground designed and adapted to the discovery of mountain biking, ideal for a good sporting time with family and friends! Initially designed for 5-16 year-olds, it also appeals to adults and/or beginners wanting to improve their technique. Helmets are essential. A bike wash is available on site.

This game trail offers families and children a fun experience in the heart of Saint-Hymetière. Equipped with your Adventure Bag, you set off on your own to help Esfandyar find the code to the secret passage that will lead him to the sacred Moyamoyas spring. The Adventure Bag accompanies you on your quest: it contains a map to help you find your way, a lamp and all the items you need to solve the riddle!

If you want to share a unique Nordic moment, this is for you. Le Ponard is an old alpine chalet nestled in the Risoux forest (1,200 m altitude). Individuals or groups can make a gourmet stop there at lunchtime, in the evening by reservation, or have a snack in the afternoon... It is the starting point for many hikes (even at night) accompanied by a qualified guide (animal tracks, tales under the stars, snowshoe walks...). The nights are enlivened with shows by regional artists. A real return to the roots.

Michel Pagnier, master butcher and horseman, passionate about nature, offers horseback riding and guided rides in the forest in horse-drawn carriages with 4 to 16 seats, open or covered, depending on the weather. The carriages are equipped for people with reduced mobility or in wheelchairs. In winter, sledges with a roof overhead replace them. Depending on the length of your stay, you can attend field or forestry work, including skidding.
