Created in 1981 by Cécile and Robert, this family estate is now run by their son Pierre. You'll discover mainly dry white wines from a wide variety of terroirs. During your visit, you'll be welcomed on the production site, where you can admire some superb traditional foudres. This new patisserie has a lot going for it. First of all, as you enter, you notice the modern, uncluttered look of the refrigerated display cases, highlighting the incredible variety of pastries on offer, as well as the particularly meticulous presentation work that has gone into each one. The welcome is charming, sincere and smiling. Lastly, it's the taste that amazes. Here, the emphasis is on innovative pastries or the great classics, with a personal touch that makes all the difference.

Founded in 1959, this cooperative brings together nearly 80 winegrowers and 150 hectares of vines. Some plots are on the terroirs of the Grands Crus Ollwiller, Spiegel and Zinnkoepflé. The winery houses a museum and a shop stocked with regional products. The Soultz-Wuenheim wine trail and the vineyards of the Château d'Ollwiller are strong witnesses to the wine tourism developed here. The estate is undergoing organic conversion, with the first 2020 vintages!

Founded in 1957, this winery in the heart of the Route des Vins is the fruit of a collective of winegrowers who love their craft and offer wines from 140 ha spread over 3 neighboring villages. In their cellar, you can taste excellent wines from this union of talents: Gewurztraminer Grand Cru Praelatenberg, Crémant le Puits du Moine (Gilbert & Gaillard gold medal) or Riesling 2019 HVE Coteaux du Haut-Koenigsbourg, the best of Alsace's terroir!

In Greek, agape means "divine and unconditional love". Vincent Sipp has chosen to name his estate after this word because, he says, "wine is a link with the past and we are transmitters of emotions". The excellent work of this sympathetic winegrower has not escaped the eye of the critics: his wines are often cited in the leading wine magazines. His Riesling Expression is a little marvel of minerality. As for his Crémant d'Alsace Rosé Brut, its delicious aromas of raspberry currant can be enjoyed as an aperitif as well as with dessert!

This brotherhood is one of the oldest in France. It works to promote the knowledge of Alsatian wines. The headquarters of the Confrérie Saint-Étienne is located at the Château de Kientzheim. It includes an extraordinary wine library with the oldest vintages dating back to 1834! The Confrérie Saint-Étienne also issues the coveted "Sigille" label, guaranteeing the quality of the wines concerned. Throughout the year, it organizes thematic oenological events dedicated to amateurs and aspiring connoisseurs of Alsace wines.

Domaine Armand Gilg has been family-run since 1937. Certified organic, this beautiful 30-hectare estate pampers its vines to produce wines firmly rooted in their terroirs. On the estate, in the ^16th-century cellars, you can swirl your glass to taste, among others, a superb Sylvaner Grand Cru Zotzenberg (the only Grand Cru appellation in Alsace) or a lovely Muscat from the Les Spontanés range (wines with no added inputs or sulfites). We also offer a full range of festive Alsace crémants!

The Bannwarth family has been harvesting the fruit of 16 hectares of vines for 4 generations. While all regional grape varieties are vinified, the estate has a predilection for Gewurztraminer "L'Expression du Terroir" and crémant. The grapes are harvested by hand, pneumatically pressed and vinified in stainless steel vats, followed by ageing on fine lees. A tasting session will provide you with information about the soils and their influence on the wine and its aromas.

It is a recognized and appreciated address in Alsace. More than 400^m2 of surface, with more than 2 000 references (wines, whiskies and rums) with magnificent petrus, beautiful series of old vintage Bordeaux. Accessible wines for all budgets but also some rarities including 2 very prestigious domains that only a few wine shops sell in France. Dugat and Jean-Louis Chave, for the connoisseurs. Our attention was also drawn to the hundred or so beer references, the hobby of Nicolas, a passionate brewer. It is difficult to summarize in a few lines the extent of the Relais des Vignes' range... The best is to go there directly and enjoy yourself!

HVE certified, this superb estate has been run from father to son for over 250 years. Hertz wines are made from grapes grown exclusively on the estate. Some cuvées (such as the fabulous Pinot Gris Grand Cru Rangen) are aged in the historic cellars of the Hospices de Strasbourg. Bruno will show you around his beautiful ^16th-century cellar, before you taste fine nectars such as this Sylvaner Hospices de Strasbourg 2020, awarded one star in the Guide Hachette. Guided tours of the vineyards in a 2CV or Mehari (3 pers) with picnic or lunch in a local restaurant!

It is the oldest family business producing preserved fruit in France. Since 1921, 4 generations of the Beyer family have succeeded each other at the head of the Alsatian company. Thanks to the quality of its products and its traditional know-how, it offers different products such as jams and fruit preserves. Its latest innovation? Fruit spreads With 96% fruit, this range was awarded the Social and Societal Innovation prize. It is the ^first range of Nutriscore A products in the jam section!

This downtown butcher's shop is the perfect demonstration of what Mulhousians expect! When you open the door, you're transported back to the small village shops of yesteryear. Managed by the new generation of the family, this 50 ha estate produces wines expressing the richness of a mosaic of terroirs. To taste: a late harvest gewurztraminer with notes of violet and exotic aromas or the Pinot noir aged in barrels. the estate also offers self-guided wine tours as well as rides in a gyro-pod or a small train in the village, followed by a night in one of the 4 guest rooms of the estate. A small store offers you the opportunity to leave with the wines of the domain and small regional gifts.

The former home of the Grandfontaine ironmaster is now home to the Framont craft brewery. Here, French malts and Alsatian hops meet boiling mine spring water to produce a nectar which, once cooled and fermented, is called beer. Here you'll find delicious, full-flavored productions that are a welcome change from those of more famous breweries. While you'll find the classics in every color, you'll love the original creations in a wide range of flavors.

Christelle and Mathieu Zoeller are the ^11th generation of winegrowers who have been looking after this estate for 4 centuries. They manage their 11.5 hectares of vines, including 4 hectares located on the Grand Cru Altenberg de Wolxheim, in organic agriculture. Their wines are fruity and rich, their late harvests and their selections of noble grains make superb wines to keep. The Zoeller family welcomes you for a tasting, a visit of their domain or for the winegrower's picnic. And then there is the superb cellar with its impressive vaulted ceiling!

Crisp baguettes, pure-butter croissants and good cheer await you here! That's how you could describe the famous bakeries run by Patrick, the bakery maestro since the 1970s! He got off to a merry start by taking his delicious bread directly to the towers of the ZUP, much to the delight of the residents. He then gradually launched his bakeries, initially named Wilson, since the first one opened on rue Wilson in Mulhouse, and as success grew, others followed. Today, they're called By Riclin.

Franchi, an artisan ice-cream maker handed down from father to son since 1934, has a long-standing reputation for ice creams that have delighted the people of Strasbourg from generation to generation. As a result of this success, there's often a long queue when the weather's nice. You'll find a wide range of inventive and original ice cream sundaes on the menu, or a choice of the great classics, as well as crêpes. For those with a sweet tooth, you can order ice-cream trays in your favorite flavor for your family and guests to take home.

Les Frères Engel have been independent wine producers since 1958, and proud of it! Certified organic in 2014, the estate extends over some twenty hectares at the foot of Haut-Koenigsbourg, partly on the Grand Cru Praelatenberg. Since 2020, the new Engel generation has been crafting magnificent wines in keeping with Alsatian traditions, with a zest of originality, such as "Terre de Gneiss 2022", a bold blend of riesling, gewurztraminer and pinot gris from Grand Cru Praelatenberg. Impeccable as an aperitif, it's a marvel of freshness and lightness!

The Freudenreich family have been winegrowers since 1730! The estate covers 8.5 hectares. Some parcels are located in the Bergweingarten area (renowned for its clay-limestone soils), and Côte de Rouffach. The vines are ploughed, and vinified using indigenous yeasts in wooden barrels. In the cellar, Christophe gives full expression to the identity of the terroir specific to each of the wines he crafts with inexhaustible passion. These are fine, elegant, well-balanced wines, always very fresh.

Here is an ideal place to air out your family while picking your fruits and vegetables! Bring your little basket and come and pick mirabelle plums, plums, quetsches, blueberries, cherries, raspberries? Not to mention delicious varieties of apples: Wellant, Pirouette, Elstar, Belle de Boskoop... The shop offers a wide choice of seasonal fruit, as well as jams, gingerbread and honey from the honey factory in Le Bois Matisse in Labaroche. Here, we work with local producers and the range of products has grown over the years.

As a finalist in the Best Cellarman of France 2022 competition, Maxime masters his subject well when he advises his customers on wine, beer or whisky. At Hopla Vins, he offers more than 300 references in spirits and 400 in wines, including many organic and biodynamic wines. Maxime also organizes tasting evenings (available upon reservation) around various themes, always accompanied by cold cuts and cheeses... You can even privatize the place for private tasting evenings. We love it!

Dreamlike and poetic: a timeless feeling emerges in Stéphane's cellar, a space dressed with imposing blocks of Vosges sandstone and local limestone. The place exudes a subtle atmosphere of contemplation. In addition to venerable wooden barrels, one discovers qvevri, earthenware jars from Georgia that give birth to wines made from grapes brought to full maturity, revealing complex fragrances. Here, the welcome and advice are top notch!

Welcome to Daniel Stoeffel's "mother house". Haguenau is where it all began for this famous Alsatian chocolatier. In the store, a wide range of products is available to suit all seasons: Easter chocolate fritters or molded rabbits, Santa Clauses, hearts, lipstick tubes, chocolate storks... Permanent creations include chocolate spreads and tablets. And as we know it's hard to resist, we sometimes suggest you try...

Created in 1395 to ensure the institution's food self-sufficiency, this mythical site at the entrance to the Hospices Civils reminds us of a time when wine was considered a remedy. You can visit the site and see the world's oldest wine in barrels, as well as buy wines from Alsatian winegrower partners who donate part of their harvest to keep this institution running, with profits going to Strasbourg's university hospital. A must!

Gardening is not the main activity of this store. On the other hand, you can find almost all the products you need to be a perfect bio-citizen, from the bamboo sock to the essential oil diffuser, including groceries and fresh vegetables. A lot of references with a very nice collection of food supplements, from local producers and above all, Christian Horrenberger's wise, sharp and always smiling advice. Everything is thought out with respect for the earth and what lives on it.

The Mosbachs have been winegrowers since 1577. At the head of this 23 ha estate, Jean-Marie and Paul perpetuate the family tradition. Their vineyard is south facing and benefits from all the conditions that are favorable for an early flowering of the vine and a slow maturation of the grapes. The reputation of this domain is made on the pinot noirs vinified in red and in rosé. A visit to their cellar, with a capacity of 3,500 hectoliters, is worthwhile, as you will notice some beautiful oak barrels from the ^19th century.

At Paris Store, you'll find all the essential ingredients for Asian cuisine. Don't hesitate to ask a store employee to help you with your purchases! From seafood and fish to meatballs, fruit and vegetables, dehydrated noodles, cookies, tea... here products are available fresh, frozen and vacuum-packed. Paris Store also offers a wide range of beverages (fruit juices, soy milk, beers) and sauces (sweet and sour, chilli, oyster, soy and bean sauces). The vineyards of Lionel Reyser, Hubert's son, cover more than eleven hectares and are managed according to the rules of organic farming. The vineyard boasts beautiful terroirs with a wide variety of soils, enabling it to make the most of the particularities of each Alsatian grape variety, with a few specialities of its own, such as this Crémant Brut Rosé made from 100% Pinot Noir. This grape variety is also featured in Rouge du Stéphansberg (aged in oak barrels) 2007, as well as in Rosé d'Alsace 2012. Tours are available on reservation.

Case Métisse takes you on a world tour! The first thing you notice is the delicious products on offer: organic teas from all over the world and herbal teas in bulk, jams, honeys, dried fruit, original creations, Asian cuisine... But Case Métisse is also a decorator's shop, with numerous objects from cultures around the world, and fabrics that can be made to measure in unique pieces. The service is friendly and smiling, expert and personalized.

Descended from a line of winegrowers dating back to the 14th century, Rémy Gresser boasts a superb diversity of terroirs: the Grands Crus Kastelberg, Wiebelsberg and Moenchberg, as well as the Brandhof, Duttenberg, Saint-André, Kritt and Clos de l'Ourse. He offers a remarkable range of wines, some dry, fine and fruity, others aromatic, full-bodied and generous. Like Dr. Jean-Louis Soltz, the eminent ampelographer from Andlau, Rémy is passionate about the Grands Terroirs and a follower of viticulture in symbiosis with nature.

Certified organic since 2018, this 13 ha estate is undoubtedly a historic estate in Eguisheim since it exists since the ^17th century! For 20 years, Michel Ginglinger and his wife have been leading it with a master's hand to offer more and more authentic and divine wines, from perfectly managed parcels for a ripe and healthy grape! In the cellar, bright, subtly mixing the charm of the old building mixed with the bar and contemporary furniture, taste without hesitation the Gewurztraminer Grand Cru Pfersigberg 2020, fruity and elegant!

The Belvedere of the Maison Joseph Cattin is absolutely sublime! On the first floor, the tuns and barrels of the cellar can be seen through impressive glass walls. On the first floor, a superb wine bar is surrounded by an immense vegetated terrace that offers a 360° view of the vineyard, the Alsace plain and the Black Forest. Here, wine tourism is very popular: cellar visits, tasting of good wines accompanied by local products, "food and wine pairing" workshops, vineyard tours on foot, by bike or in an all-terrain electric gyropod!

Denis Wurtz has a degree in oenology and manages his beautiful 10 ha estate. He produces wines that are highly appreciated for their straightforwardness. Some good wines to taste during your visit: Pinot Noir (excellent wine for ageing in oak barrels), Héphaïstos (100% pinot blanc, gris and noir), Gewurztraminer Vendanges Tardives (racy, powerful and concentrated). Note that the Domaine de la Vieille Forge has a very picturesque gîte that can accommodate 5 guests in complete comfort.

Emeritus oenologist Thierry Scherrer masterfully manages his family estate, which is HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale) certified. His talent is regularly acclaimed: his Pinot Noir 2022 is included in the selection of the Guide Hachette des Vins. His Muscat Cuvée Bernard 2022 and his Gewurztraminer Grand Cru Kaefferkopf 2018, with their delicious aromas of apricots zested with citrus fruit, are also highly appreciated.Thierry Scherrer can welcome small groups of around ten people to present his estate. A tasting in the cellar between the barrels completes the visit!

Although Maison Dodin shines by its discretion, its know-how is unanimously acclaimed, notably at the Frankfurt International Trophy 2022 with a gold medal for its organic PDO Munster cheese, matured in the traditional way. A maturing tradition that began in 1908 with Adrien Bertrand. Traditional Munster, with cumin, natural white matured or not, Munstiflette Munster, from 125 g to 1.2 kg, there is something for all moods and tastes and it will accompany you in winter, by melting it for example or in summer, as an accompaniment to your salads.

A beautiful place where many local Alsatian producers come together, but not only... Esprit d'Alsace is also a gourmet brand whose production center is located next to the store. The idea is to offer quality local products, with a focus on promoting Alsace's culinary and craft traditions. On the store side, you'll find the best heritage specialties, while on the production side, the emphasis is on fresh pasta with no added glutamate or preservatives. Mireille Oster and her generous gingerbreads whose recipes have been dictated by her travels, her love of spices and the transmission of a family knowledge since 1933. Discover her traditional Christmas products whose flavours will take you on a journey to the South, the Orient or even the nearby forest! Jean-Marie Bechtold is at the head of this 12-hectare farm, which has been certified organic since 2010. Part of his parcels are cultivated in the Grand Cru Engelberg, a rare terroir of oolitic limestone. A disused quarry that cuts through the hillside provides a glimpse: over a depth of 30 meters, the geological strata constitute an exceptional terroir. If the Rieslings coming from the Grand Cru Engelberg are famous, another terroir is interesting: the place called Obere Hund, very favorable to excellent Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir.

Since 1888, this family business has been transforming fruit into drinks and bottling them. It diversified its range in 1953 by creating fruit juices. Today, more than forty products are offered: pure juices (apple, grape, pear, apple-mango, apple-quince...), organic juices (organic tomato, beet, blueberry...), based on concentrate, nectars, syrups and cider with fruits coming from Alsace, processed on the spot and sold in the store. You can drop off apples and leave with juice and cider, at a preferential rate.

Here a pastry bakery chocolate shop which combines the beauty of the presentation to exquisite flavours. Chez Jean-Claude Ziegler, the reception is smiling and you are always well advised. As of 7:30, you find a wide range of pastries: croissants, brioches, panettone, mini Kougelhopfs... realized with the butter of Isigny. A veritable Alsatian institution since 1850, Distillerie Lehmann perpetuates a tradition of excellence that has been awarded the "Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant" (Living Heritage Company) label. Nestled in Obernai, this family-run distillery produces exquisite eaux-de-vie, liqueurs and the famous "Elsass Whisky". The oldest distillery in Alsace, it offers guided tours and tastings of regional classics such as Poire Williams, Mirabelle and Marc de Gewurztraminer. It's an ideal activity for lovers of spirits with character.
