Can you walk through Maison Engelmann without indulging in Dany Husser's delicacies? Mission impossible for gourmands. The window display, full of refined pastries, is an immediate attraction. Once inside, the feast begins: chocolates, viennoiseries, confectionery, petits fours and much more. For the Hussers, creativity is a family affair: mother and daughter in sales, father and son in the lab. A must-taste is the famous Mams (green tea crème brûlée, strawberry mousse) and the sweet and savoury macaroons, which rival those of the big houses!

C'est bon mais trop cher

L’équilibre des goûts et des saveurs étaient parfait, pas trop sucré, pas écœurant, des notes originales...bref, une merveille, vraiment.
Les prix sont élevés certes, à voir si vraiment c’est justifié ( je pose la question d’ailleurs )mais j’y reviendrai et je testerai d’autres douceurs c’est certain.
En tout cas bravo à l’artisan.
