This estate is world-famous for the personality of its owner Christian Binner, a passionate winegrower and president of the Association des Vins Libres. For the past 25 years, he has been managing his estate biodynamically, opting for a vinification process with no added inputs. The climate-controlled sandstone and Douglas fir winery is in total harmony with his environmental concerns. The Scarabée qui bulle natural sparkling wine from the Grand Cru Kaefferkopf is a special treat, to be discovered in the cellar, where cultivation and vinification methods will be explained to you.

We had a lovely tasting and tried a variety of wines.
Highly recommend!
We got to taste eight different wines and even received two complimentary sample glasses of homemade schnaps, with unique flavors like pine tree and pear. All of this for only €15 per person.
In the end, we left with two delicious bottles of wine and a very fun, relaxed wine tasting experience. This place is definitely a must-visit!
