By continuing on Route 39 to the north, the small village Boldogkőváralja welcomes you with its castle dating from the th century, built after the Mongolian invasion at the Sommet summit. He has often changed owner-invader, before being almost destroyed and then renovated in neo-Gothic style by the Péchy family, nobles of Transylvania. Today the village has 1 100 inhabitants and is animated by tourists in fine days.
