This small village of nearly 1,000 inhabitants is the largest of all the villages in the commune of the same name. You will surely enjoy strolling through its small streets with low houses and white walls, surrounded by numerous palm trees. And to discover its church Nuestra Señora de la Regla, dating from the end of the 17th century, whose door has inscriptions similar to the symbols of the Aztecs. This village is also the richest on the island, since the hotels in the south depend on this municipio to which they pay taxes, hence the sumptuous facilities such as the nautical centre and the special care given to the beautification of the village.
