It is a tiny fishing village where a few white houses lead to a black sandy beach. But it is best known for its cliffs and caves. And these natural monuments have almost become a must for anyone visiting the island. On the left side of the black sand beach starts a prepared trail, which leads along the rocky cliff face to the largest of the caves, offering postcard views of the fishing boats anchored in the bay. The walk of about twenty minutes is to be done at the end of the afternoon or, better still, at sunset. There are a few fishermen's restaurants overlooking the bay.
