This human-sized seaside resort forms a group of pavilions around the 18th century fortress, hence its nickname of "castle" with its Castillo de San Buenaventura. Its new city is more than tourist with its colourful concrete houses, its multitudes of Italian, Greek, Mexican, Portuguese and Indian restaurants, its souvenir shops and the giant screens in bars and pubs. And is fond of the Germans and the English. On the sea side, the small sandy beach on the port allows a safe swim. And it is also the place to practice diving, windsurfing or golf and go on sea excursions.
