A small winegrowing village nestled on the slopes of the Moselle valley, in the extension of the road from Bech-Kleinmacher, Wellenstein has managed, along with this other municipality, to manage its cultural heritage to benefit its many visitors. The magnificent shaded square, surrounded by old restored wine houses, is the main attraction of the village. Its arcades dating back to the 16th century and the warm colors of its buildings give a historical character to this typical wine village. This is also where one of the four sites of Domaines Vinsmoselle, the most important producer of Luxembourg wines and crémants, is located.
