Located at the confluence of the Wingen and the Rotbach, this fortified village was prosperous from the th to the mid th century thanks to its drapers and wool and leather market. Also known to be "the city of images" in Alsace, they are everywhere on the facades and in a museum that recounts this tradition of the th century.
