Guillestre is the gateway to the Queyras regional nature park. During your visit, you can admire the Porte du Saint-Esprit, one of the last vestiges of the medieval ramparts, or the beautiful Notre-Dame-d'Aquilon church. Free visits are organised during the summer. The fortress of Mont-Dauphin, built by Vauban from 1692, listed as a Unesco World Heritage Site, will let you discover its secrets through guided tours. The Guillestrois, which benefits from a rather mild and very sunny climate (300 days of sunshine per year), is a territory that offers a wide variety of landscapes and numerous sporting activities.
