A pleasant resort at 1650 m, between the lake of Serre-Ponçon and the summits. In the heart of the village, you can visit the church of Sainte-Marie-Madeleine and have fun finding the remains of the 14th century ramparts to the west of the town. In a hamlet aptly named Le Château, and after practising finding the ruins of the ramparts, you will easily find... those of the 12th and 14th century castle. Still on the heritage side, this time in the chief town, a rural museum presents various documents, tools and costumes of mountain times and past. Information at the tourist office.
