A picturesque village located a few kilometers from Saint-Rémy, Saint-Étienne-du-Grès has some very remarkable ancient monuments: the statue of an ancient Gallic divinity, the Mourgue, the remains of a Roman aqueduct, Notre-Dame-du-Château and a chapel of the Templar order, both dating back to the 12th century. For the walker, the site offers many routes through the green pine hills, scented with thyme and rosemary. It is a very active village that hosts numerous cultural and traditional events throughout the year. There are many pleasant local shops.
