In the centre of Saint-Etienne-du-Grès, this small restaurant will not disappoint you, Futé honour! As for the welcome, there is a rare kindness, Then for the setting, whether in room or under the adorable trellis, and finally (and especially) for the cuisine. The owners, of Belgian origin, commit themselves of cooking only local produces. After having hesitated between the cod fillet with coco beans, pumpkin puree and the mustard crust loin of lamb, chicories fricassee with brown beer, we finally decided Parmentier duck with cabbage and pumpkin: a real delight. Finally, for dessert, you should absolutely taste the homemade tiramisu (with spéculos): absolutely divine!
