The village of Trentels stretches along the road and is made up of several small hamlets scattered from the Lot to the plum tree covered hillsides. Don't hesitate to leave the main road to go to Lustrac, a charming hamlet with an exceptional setting. Opposite the castle of the same name, an old fortified mill, built around 1296, has been restored and stands proudly on the river, which is quite turbulent at this point. The reopening of the lock has made it possible to extend the navigable waterway by 7 kilometres. The contrast is striking between the 2 banks, fertile on the right, wild and steep cliffs on the left.
