Ghisonaccia is a strategic tourist location, situated at an exact distance from Bastia and Bonifacio. Once a simple transhumance route for the shepherds of Ghisoni, the village became a prosperous little town in the 1960s, with the boom in agriculture. Don't miss the Pinia forest and beach, a sandy beach lined with pine trees (the last large maritime pine forest on Corsica's coast). Picnics can be organized in the shade of the pine forests. Vignale beach is supervised in summer, with disabled access, and a tiralo is available. Launching facilities for small boats.
