The houses hold each other so as not to fall over the precipice. The village itself, set as if nothing had happened on this rocky ridge that juts out over the void, is a model of calm and serenity. Its parish church of St. Pancras contains the relics of the saint. Patron saint of bandits, he was martyred in the year 304 A.D. in Rome under Diocletian. His relics were brought from Italy in the 18th century. Of medieval origin, classified as a Historical Monument, the church has a wide nave characteristic of Romanesque art. On the outskirts of the village, you can visit the ruins of the ancient church of Sainte-Marguerite.
