Le Mans Cité Chanson has been running for over 20 years and has three main objectives:

To promote the art of song to the general public. A coherent series of events (major concerts, local events in a variety of public and private venues) aims to bring musical practice to as wide an audience as possible.

The development of amateur practices in the field of song: to this end, we have set up a variety of workshops and spaces for expression.

Supporting and promoting young French-speaking artists.

Puls'Art is a key event in the cultural life of Le Mans. Since its creation in 1993, this international contemporary art event has revealed over a thousand artists to the public, and served as a springboard for many of them. It's also an opportunity to make art accessible to all, by bringing it to the heart of the town center in the new FIAA center (Fonds International d'Art Actuel). An important meeting of artists and companies who will make you discover every Wednesday and Friday evening, from mid-July to mid-August, about fifteen free shows of music, theater, dance, circus and street arts. This street arts festival, which is in its ^27th year, offers a variety of quality street performances, combining heritage and creation, as well as workshops for children led by professional artists. Centre Culturel de la Sarthe offers a series of performances and concerts for young children, during the Festival of Épau. Named La Outbreak de l 'Epau, four decades ago, this joyous magazine is a tribute to the music-hall. Renewed every year to satisfy its audience, La Outbreak today gives 55 annual performances for 20,000 spectators within three months. Some thirty artists participate in the show. Some 300 costumes are used for staging. The season runs traditionally from December to the end of February. Success is always a success. The troupe, composed of volunteers, amateur artists and emerging talent, is a springboard for professionals. Each business body (board board, sound, light, costume maker…) works all year to offer a quality spectacle that is constantly renewed. The warm atmosphere will conquer you. No doubt. In early June, brass lovers will be able to discover several formations at the Festival of brass, which will take place between Mamers and Saint-Cosme-en-Vairais. The Community of Communes is at the head of the project. The Cuivres Brass Cuivres will open the dance at 20 pm on the first evening at the Saugonna Cultural Space. It is an Austrian group formed in 1996. All members are graduated from the University of Music in Vienna. The old Maison Saint-Julien made a successful Rehabilitation a few years ago. The Épidaure Theatre was opened in 2001. It is an agreed stage in a rural setting in Bouloire in Bilurien country. Located in southern Vendée, the Arts Florissants Spring Festival is entirely dedicated to Baroque sacred music. The event, organized by Les Arts Florissants in partnership with the Département de la Vendée, is conceived as a celebration not only of music, but also of the extraordinary heritage of the Vendée churches located around the commune of Thiré and the gardens of internationally renowned harpsichordist and conductor William Christie.

The Art Galleries Nantes association aims to make us discover or rediscover the universe of the various galleries of the City of Ducs and make the world of art accessible! The Festifolies d'Automne festival is a family-friendly event held every three years in Saint-Aignan-Grandlieu, near the Lac de Grand-Lieu. The latest edition in September 2022 once again attracted local audiences and visitors from Nantes to share unique and unusual moments, all free of charge. Young and old alike can discover original, participatory shows in a relaxed atmosphere. It's a great opportunity to spend some quality time with family and friends, just 20 minutes from Nantes. This festival of electro music takes place at the foot of the famous Roches d'Orgères on the plain, a place of pilgrimage and legends. Created in 2009 on the initiative of two friends passionate about electronic music, this festival was made official in 2015 with the birth of the association "Roches Events". Although the event had about thirty participants at the beginning, more than a thousand festival-goers attended the last edition. Magical atmosphere and unique environment make its success.

It was in 1988 that the very first edition of what would become a few years later an essential event for comic book lovers took place. The Journées de la BD were then organized in Rouans, and each year welcomed authors and illustrators of albums for young and old lovers of bubbles. The opportunity to discover new things, to share your passion with others and to cut the bib with your favorite authors. In 2019, a change of course! The festival is taking place at Le Pellerin; a change that has been repeated for this new edition, which will be held on April 25 and 26 with Margerin as guest of honour, who is also producing the poster. This is a festival to be attended without moderation between mid-July and early August, when the summer allows artists to give the best of themselves (and of the authors they interpret) in many sites of the department of Mayenne, both public (municipal gardens...) and private (farmyards or castles), which are particularly pleasant to visit. The Chapel of the Genêteil is the centre of contemporary art attached to the Square, a national scene located at Château-Saved. The centre invites young artists, but also recognized talents, for personal or collective exhibitions. Some works created at Château-Saved are now in public or private collections. The Chapel organizes approximately four exhibitions per year. Its architecture and history often inspire artists. In 2020, it will take place in semi-night-time, with a departure at 7:30 pm to watch the sunset and party until midnight! The origin of this type of event is inspired by Holi, a Hindu festival also called the festival of colours. This is a 5 kilometre race 0% competition, 0% time trial, 100% fun! Every kilometre receive coloured powder projections sent by our volunteers. A 100% natural powder. What's the point? Have fun and finish the race as colourful as possible! Once the 5 km has been completed, you will party on the marina in all its colours, with a DJ animation lasting more than 3 hours. When you register, a backpack is offered to you with a t-shirt, sunglasses, a bottle of water and a bag of powder

Launched in 2020, Angevin's first festival dedicated to the geek universe immediately found its audience. Over 10,000 visitors every year! Over 2 days, every facet of pop culture is represented: video games, science fiction, parallel universes, manga, heroic fantasy, comics, webculture, Asian pop culture, hightech, cosplay...
