Created by APAJH 44, the association for disabled adults and young people in Loire-Atlantique, this festival has a clear message: to promote access to culture for people with disabilities, as spectators but also as actors. And Handiclap has its work cut out for it. The festival allows the meeting of all publics and a harmonization of the animations. Concerts, symposiums, live shows: theater and dance and meetings-debates, everything is done to allow a real mix of audiences. Handiclap is also exported to neighboring towns, in order to fight exclusion, which has no borders. In March 2024, it will be the 37th edition, always near the Machines de l'île!
