If you're a classical music fan, make sure you remember these dates: May 24 and 25, 2024. Organized in partnership with CREA, the organizer of La Folle Journée en Pays-de-la-Loire, a classical music festival soon to celebrate its 30th anniversary, La Folle Nuit features five concerts over two days, with a main theme each year.
LA FÊTE DU PORT DE MORIN
Read moreEvery August, the Port de Morin Festival takes place in the village of L'Épine on the island of Noirmoutier. Organized by the Association du Port de Morin, the event features a variety of activities starting at 3 p.m., with numerous free stands, a meal under marquees, musical entertainment in other marquees, including sea chanteys, free games for children, sea walks and, in the evening, a free dance with live band and fireworks courtesy of the municipality.

Read moreThe "Au Coeur des Bulles" comic strip festival takes place in Montreuil-Bellay. The festival showcases the work of numerous comic strip artists, with this year's guest of honor Patrick Prugne, scriptwriter and comic strip artist. Visitors will be able to discover an exhibition of Patrick Prugne's work, as well as an exhibition of manga drawings by students from Collège Calypso in Montreuil-Bellay. Free comic book workshops will also be offered throughout the weekend, supervised by professionals in the field. New this year is the presence of a puppet theater hosted by Michel Rodrigue, designer of "Cubitus", as well as a performance on a mechanical horse by Compagnie NOROC, semi-finalists in the M6 show "Un incroyable talent", with the participation of Manon Moutinho, the first French woman to win a Voltige World Cup final. These events are free and open to all.
