Hellfest is THE meeting place for metal, hardcore and punk music in France, with a reputation that extends far beyond the borders of France. The name of the festival was chosen in reference to another festival of the same style created in the United States. With more than fifty thousand festival-goers each year and the presence of internationally renowned cult groups, Hellfest has established itself as one of the main European music festivals and one of the main cultural events in France.

In July, this festival brings together harmonies and communal music from 8 to 10 communes of Loire-Atlantique and Vendée.

Le Mans Cité Chanson has been running for over 20 years and has three main objectives:

To promote the art of song to the general public. A coherent series of events (major concerts, local events in a variety of public and private venues) aims to bring musical practice to as wide an audience as possible.

The development of amateur practices in the field of song: to this end, we have set up a variety of workshops and spaces for expression.

Supporting and promoting young French-speaking artists.

Centre Culturel de la Sarthe offers a series of performances and concerts for young children, during the Festival of Épau. This show, precisely, should be extremely original and appreciated because it is served in the forest of Lulled. The concert impromptu and l'< i>ensemble Tétraflûtes of Geneva participate in it. It is a musical creation and choreographic of around an hour. With the association, Jean-Michel Bossini is found. Choreography and dance are the work of Marie-Françoise Garcia. There's no doubt that this year's live concerts will feature both established and up-and-coming artists. Concerts will be held on several stages in Le Mans, including the Centre des Expositions, Salle Jean-Carmet in Allonnes, Salle Coppelia in La Flèche and the Palais des Congrès.
