One of the restaurant's special features is that (hearty) brunches can be enjoyed throughout the week, as well as at weekends. With "classic" formulas like the "Handy" formula, with a choice of a hot or cold drink and a choice of cooked eggs: scrambled, poached, fried or the chef's famous eggs Benedict, but also smoked bacon, sausages and vegetables and potatoes of the moment. You can also indulge in an eggs-only option, served with toast and salad.
