A transdisciplinary festival, Scopitone explores creation at the crossroads of music and image. It should be remembered that in the 1960s, the Scopitone was a jukebox used to watch "clips" on a screen. For five days, this unique festival offers installations, performances, workshops, round tables, live shows and DJ sets through numerous sites (Stereolux, Le Ferrailleur, the student centre of the University of Nantes, the Lieu Unique, the Cale 2 Créateurs, Trempolino, the Maison des Arts de Saint-Herblain, the château, Médiacampus...). It is THE meeting place for electronic cultures and digital arts. And proof that there is an audience for whom there is doubt, the festival is packed every year.
