Fayyar is a microbrewery created in 2020 in the heart of one of the great wine villages of the Auxerrois. Simon, Romain and Élise offer you their organic and local beers. Do not hesitate to go and taste them; they are worth the detour! Above all, you can also visit the place and discover the work of these young and friendly brewers. La Fouillotte is first of all the name of Thibaut's grandfather's farm: it is there that Thibaut tried his hand at brewing as an amateur before creating a brewery on Épinal with Florian and Boris. The names of the beers are tinged with poetry: Tropical Season, Secret Garden, Single Hop, Black Möbius to name but a few. From blonde to brunette, there is something for every taste and the three friends regularly expand the range. You will also appreciate the design of the bottles and the accessories offered for sale such as the wooden cut-out coasters.

La Kanopée is a microbrewery born from the passion of Thierry Kniebiher. The bar-terrace area adjacent to the brewery allows visitors to taste the beers on site. In 2024, 6 beer recipes are permanently available, with a clear brewing preference for Pale Ale. In addition to this permanent collection of quality beers, Thierry creates new recipes according to the season or his inspiration of the moment. You'll find an incredible Cacao-Griottes Stout, an organic blackcurrant beer from Burgundy or even the unmissable Christmas beer!

As soon as you enter, the copper brewing vats stand out and announce the production site, from brewing to labeling, a site that can be discovered through guided tours. Horaila blonde, Xuria white (gold medal in 2015), Gorrasta amber, Iluna brown and a special range: Megabeltz triple black. Akerbeltz beers are sure to please all taste buds.A wide variety of beers for you to buy to take away or taste on the premises.

Founded by two friends in professional reconversion, Mélody Humbert and Maxime Bejot, who have become self-taught brewers, the microbrewery has already made a good place for itself on the shelves already full of beers from Auvergne. Blonde, IPA, Stout, Pale Ale, and even some original and ephemeral productions, are available in organic stores, in some bars and restaurants, on markets, but also in direct sales. To distinguish the brand, follow the origami bird that decorates the bottles! Inside, you will find only the essential ingredients for making a beer, from organic farming. Brasserie de France, 10,000 hectolitres/year, has created a "Bière Expériences" workshop open to individuals and employees. The concept is simple: 20 people brew their own beer for 4 hours. After 21 days, they get their beer back. Understand the differences between beers, find out what an IPA is... Here's a workshop to make, learn, analyze, but also decipher its tasting and of course enjoy! Les Gueules d'Orge is a community bar and urban brewery that produces 100% organic and local beers. The idea came from Mathieu Lesueur and Aurélien Desert, two friends who had been dreaming of this project for a long time. They produce 5 different beer recipes, with new ones on the way! The project is based on genuine environmental convictions: the beers are delivered by cargo bike to Saint-Etienne. The bar is open on Thursdays, and is a real place of life punctuated by various events, such as concerts.

L'Épicerie Comptoir is welcoming, with its trendy decor and delicatessen feel. Here you'll find all your daily essentials: organic bulk produce, condiments and a number of local artisanal products. Bonus: a fine selection of Auxois wines, highlighting the region's little-known know-how. In the beer department, there's La Voûte, brewed under the grocery store where the micro-brewery is located. Of particular note: the attractive coffee and pastry tasting area, and even a daily menu on certain dates.

La Voûte is a beer born in 2019 that refers to the heritage of Pouilly-en-Auxois. Olivier Vailly prepares his craft beers with carefully selected and blended hops and malts. Production capacity is 1,200 liters per month. Blonde, Blanche, Ambrée, Coffee Stout, IPA, seasonal or matured in cognac oak casks, the choice is vast. Organically farmed, these finely flavored beers are the keystone of your meal.

A short while ago, Alexis and Vianney embarked on a crazy adventure: creating a microbrewery in Chablis from Burgundy malts. Their beers are 100% organic, like "Porte Romane", which won the title of "Best Blonde in France". Or "Vintage", a limited series of beers aged in Chablis Premiers and Grands Crus oak barrels. A historic beer cellar now run by Amaury d'Herbigny, Cave Célestin offers over 400 exclusively craft beers, both French and international. At the same time, Amaury d'Herbigny presents his own recipes in his own brewery. His Wal, Dix and Hoppy Yuzu (an IPA beer with a hint of Tibetan Yuzu) are a big hit! La Hocq, short for Hocquard, stands for Séverine and David Hocquard. Their credo: to offer quality, organic beers. Made in Aveyron, with a focus on producers and short supply chains, they are on sale at Cave Ruthène, delicatessens or direct from the place of production on order.

La Manuf is the story of a group of friends, their craft beer tasting club, and a dream: to create their own brewery. Their recipes are the fruit of a collective effervescence, while remaining true to their identity: beers with a strong hoppy character. At La Manuf, we like to innovate, and these activists of good foam have launched Le Labo. Every month, 3 new barrique brews make their debut, limited editions with surprising flavors. This craft brewery is a friendly place full of character, created by a beer-loving duo: Jean-Baptiste and Numa. After travelling and working in breweries, notably in New Zealand, these hop enthusiasts came up with Zoobrew. This address is both a craft brewery and a bar where you can taste their creations on weekends. It attracts connoisseurs, the curious and those who simply want to refresh themselves with original craft beers. Beers are also on sale in the boutique.

The Brasserie des Deux Amants has a name that invites you to taste the... It is taken from a Norman legend nearly a thousand years old, that of Raoul and Mathilde, whom Marie de France immortalized in a poem in 1160. Between the two lovers, love then, but to win the hand of the beautiful, poor Raoul must climb the famous hill that today bears the name of the Two Lovers. As for the brewery, it is a young craft business nestled in the loops of the Seine.

What's the link between a bug and a brewery? A passion: for animals and for the art of brewing beer. Passionate, the owner and brewer knows her stuff. You can enjoy a fruity beer of between 3 and 8% alcohol in the tape room (bar area), with a direct view of the vats. You can also take away some pretty labeled cans (with animals on them, of course). Did you know that the Montmorillon brewery dates back to 1843? It was located in Saulgé and its beer was the best-selling beer in Free France during the German occupation before closing in the 1960s. In 2015, it was the entrepreneur François Guillon who decided to give the Montmorillonnais their beer back by brewing on site. He has not managed to get his hands on the original recipe, but he hopes to give it back its letters of nobility. From now on, the brewery produces artisanal and organic beer, as well as lemonade and cola.

A former airplane pilot, Dave Bednarowicz took up craft beer brewing in 2013, a passion he'd already pursued as an amateur. Today, he produces no less than 10,000 liters a month. Beers brewed year-round include Pilote en Mousse (blonde), Covale (white), Boom (blonde IPA), Kervignacoise (triple) and Chonchon (amber). Building on its success, the brewery now welcomes you to a beautiful space in a former printing works, converted into a brewpub for evening concerts, tastings and afterworks!

The Rhine brewery claims to be Elsasser bier, an Alsatian beer. 100% pure malt, it is made with local products (from the Haut-Rhin and Bas-Rhin) and brewed on the one hand in Thierenbach (monthly production of 900 litres) and now next to Mulhouse (monthly production of 5,000 litres). You can therefore taste the production as soon as it has matured with the two draught beers offered for tasting. The schedules are not fixed, it is not uncommon to find the door open earlier in the week and during the day. It seems that drinking beer increases life expectancy by ten years (with a certain moderation), so it would be wrong to deprive yourself!

Opened in 2019, Frédéric's brewery offers artisanal beers with authentic flavors, made with know-how and from natural elements only. Unfiltered, unpasteurized and refermented beers in bottles, without additives or preservatives. Frédéric imagines authentic creations, without forgetting tradition, through a dozen beers with sunny names and graphics: white, light and full-bodied blonde, amber, different IPAs (double IPA, NEIPA...), brown, winter beer.

In this former flour mill, the beers are home-brewed, an artisanal microbrewery concept created by brothers Pierre-Elie and Quentin, brewers for 10 years. Opposite the Cité de la Gastronomie, discover this large space with a bar, exposed vats and large tables in an industrial-style planted decor. Wines, fruit juices and plates are also on the menu. In addition to being a friendly bar, Un Singe en Hiver combines pleasure and culture, with a 150 m² exhibition space upstairs dedicated to digital arts and contemporary music.

François Marié relaunches the production, more than 130 years after the last written traces of the family brewery. The company then underwent the vicissitudes of history and finally disappeared in 1880. The agricultural activity continued, despite everything. Today, the brewery has regained all its rights, with a remarkable involvement of François and his wife. They even produce the barley and the hops for some beers called "farmhouse beers"! It is also possible to take part in amateur brewing courses of artisanal beers.

It's an institution in the Trégor region, found in every bar. This brand of beer is named after the great-grandmother of Bertrand Salomon, the brewery's founder. Handcrafted from organic, local barley, Philomenn comes in red, blonde, stout, peat, white, triple... not to mention the ephemera. To make your choice, visit the brewery, which has taken over former railway workshops on the banks of the Jaudy. An experienced beer lover and dynamic entrepreneur, Bérangère Thomen is the creator of this young brewery, which offers craft beers that are, in her image, full of character: Blonde des Chaumes, Ambrée du Chamois, Blanche des Pâturages and other ephemeral brews. All of Adrien Blondel's beers are called Lubie, a touch of fantasy intended by this brewer who makes very fine malt beers from organic ingredients. He has chosen to offer fairly classic beers, all with strong aromas and flavors dominated by cereals, whether they are blonde, white, amber, blackberry, or triple. Thanks to its participation in trade shows and other craft fairs, the brewery has won many awards, reinforcing its reputation and fame, well beyond our borders.

In this artisanal brewery we make the "triple": a beer of triple fermentation. Several steps in the manufacturing process: crushing, mashing, filtration, cooking with hops, fermentation, bottling, storage in a warm room. The success story of the chain starts in Lille, in the historic establishment of the station square. Just over 100 years ago, three brewers joined together to create a brewery, a large regional brewery. The next generation will have the great idea of creating a first "brewpub", a micro brewery in the heart of a restaurant. The concept is totally innovative in France. For many years, the company multiplies the creation of new establishments, in the region but also elsewhere in France and even abroad. The concept does not change: mix in the premises and in front of customers varied and craft beers. This brewery is the very first in the region to have obtained organic certification. An important label for its founder, Mathieu Lepoutre, who uses only organic products in order to control their origin and quality. At the heart of the Ferme du Sens, the artisan brewers of Les Moulins d'Ascq are therefore busy creating organic, artisanal beers full of flavour. Welcome to the temple of craft beer, local and eco-responsible! Conceived by Pierre-André Zimmermann and Aymeric Segard, the Tandem Brewery proves that it is possible to produce differently. Here, the malts are organic, the energy is green, the water is reused and the spent grain (cereal residue) is given to a farmer. The two friends have imagined light beers with little alcohol, but with a strong aromatic power. Attrape-Nigaud, Bonne-Pioche, Poule-Mouillée... : these are the names chosen for the first beers. The Tandem universe is joyful and colorful!

The microbrewery L'Opercule is located in a valley of the Vosges mountains, the ex-principality of Salm. It was created by two friends, Damien Froment and Maxime Clasquin. First beekeepers, they had the idea to propose organic beers with honey. And it is with their own honey that they brew their beverage. The honey allows to carbonate the beer and to soften the bitterness. The sugar disappears to make room for subtle honey fragrances with a floral aftertaste. They started the production with a blond beer made with organic honey from their beehives.

The Oppidum Brewery offers organic and artisanal beers to take away or to taste on site, all proudly rooted in their region. The Oppidum offers a range of 5 classic beers with a Blonde, a Blanche, an Indian Pale Ale (IPA), an Amber and a Pale Ale. The brewery also offers creations according to the seasons and a more original range, with their Point of Entry beer, a smooth brown ale with coffee, chocolate and caramel flavors but also the Harvest, a beer with fresh hops, 100% Occitan.

Alaryk beers are handcrafted in Béziers. Organic and additive-free, they contain only water, malt, hops and yeast. With respect for traditional know-how, our specialty beers are both rich in flavor and pleasant to drink, tasty and elegant, all inspired by the Languedoc wine-growing region. The brewery's doors are open to you by reservation to discover their production methods, but you can also taste their beers at wine merchants in the Hérault region or at Comptoir Alaryk in Montpellier.

Close to Millau, the Brasserie du Larzac has made a place for itself in the field of beer. This micro-brewery created by Rémi and Camille offers unfiltered and unpasteurized organic craft beers, with a choice between Blonde, Blanche, Ambrée, Indian Pale Ale, Triple as well as ephemeral brews such as the Gardarem, the East Causse and the Imperial Blaque IPA. They favour local suppliers and short circuits, so you can buy their beers directly at the brewery or in organic stores in Aveyron and Hérault.

In their brewery in Decazeville, Azeb and Regis only use raw materials from organic farming for their craft beers. They are produced by infusion and without filtration or pasteurization, which gives them a unique taste. In the store, you will find a Blanche, a Honey Blonde, an Amber Red Ale, a Blonde Pale Ale, a Rye IPA and a Brown Porter, all available in 30L kegs with beer pumps or in 33cl and 75cl bottles.

The story of the Brasserie de Vaucelles is a story of friendship between Benjamin and Alexis. Together, they embarked on a hopping adventure with a fixed idea: to succeed in (re) creating an artisanal abbey beer, made with local products. Installed in an old abbey (precisely), the success seems to be there with beautiful products: the Prima beer (light), a blond abbey beer brewed with only four ingredients or the Triple and its 4 different malts. A nice project to follow closely!

Between the canals and not far from the North Sea, next to the homonymous theater, there is a new microbrewery, whose beers are already (literally) winning laurels at international competitions, and the new emblem of Dunkirk's legendary creativity: the Brasserie des 4 écluses! Here you can visit with Eric François, brewer and master of the place. The passion and love of a job well done transpire from every pore of his skin and the visit ends with the inevitable tasting... in moderation!

Three friends, Julien, Nicolas and Thomas, brew a range of unpasteurized craft beers with 100% Bourbonnais appellations. A blonde, Beurdine, known as "la folle", a white, Jargeotte, known as "la bavarde", hopped whites, Dâleuse, meaning "it's hot", while Safr'Ane and Taloche are amber, and Bouchure is a brown. The alchemy of the brewers, combined with the cochonnailles d'la Vauvre, has given birth to Vauvrette, a smooth, light blonde, on sale exclusively at the Vauvre stall in Vallon-en-Sully.

There are places where you just want to come and come again! Let's head for La Chapelle-sur-Erdre, in the "Erdre active" business park, where this beautiful building with its black "Philmore" frontage is home to several businesses! We're at a craft brewer's, where Bérenger and Médina give us a warm welcome! Here, you can observe the production process before tasting the delicious Philmore organic beers! Enjoy blondes such as Jazz, citrus Britpop, Ambrée Cumbia, Blanche Klezmer, Afrobeat ginger hibiscus, or Brune Blues! Beers with a nod to music, like the regular concerts that take place here! Seasonal beers too, with blond Punk, fruity blackcurrant Soul, amber and thyme New Orleans, Celtic, Raga, IPA, Reggae and Christmas beers. The venue, which is also a beer bar, is also a great place for entertainment, with themed evenings (sports broadcasts, board games, karaoke) and concerts! What's more, Philmore also offers beers from brewer UMAMI, with Thibaut's unique creations and refined tastes using a "pre-fermentation" method for some of the ingredients in his beers. Is it possible to make a "beer" from 100% local cereals? Yes, thanks to an exclusive process created by an innovative brewery, Brasserie Dulion. A brewery like no other, since it has decided to reinvent the brewing tradition in Rillieux-la-Pape. The idea is to brew from raw cereals (not malted), harvested in the region and organically grown. The result is an original range, with a Blonde 100% buckwheat (gluten-free), a blanche 100% spelt, a NEIPA 100% rye, and many other original recipes. Since last year, you can admire the brewery from its bar (evenings and privatizations on request).

This brewery has replaced the former bar-restaurant of the village. It is the work of Anaïs who has given back to this place its role of economic and social lung. She has started to produce top-fermented, unfiltered, unpasteurized beers that are refermented in the bottle. It works a bit like the Anglo-Saxon way to obtain light foams, but with character. The spring water is local, the cereals largely comtoises, the hops Alsatian and English. 5 permanent beverages come out of the brewery, including of course "La Dam'Naïs"!

Installed in Revel since 2018, this craft brewery guarantees an organic, local and seasonal production. On the program, a range of a dozen small foams as qualitative as creative. Blonde for the Revéloise, White with thyme or sage that smells good in the summer evenings, Red with juniper to travel to Finland, Black with roasted malts with coffee accents, without forgetting the Christmas beer flavored with forest honey and orange peel or La Breguette 27 with fresh mint from Sorèze. Direct sale at the brewery and on the market of Revel.

In Clermont-l'Hérault, Franck Ortz has opened his craft brewery, in an industrial and modern style. You can discover large stainless steel tanks, where the holy drink is prepared by him, but La Pinte Héraultaise is also a place to meet and exchange around beer; you can sit in the sofas to taste the beer of the moment and buy to take away the ones you prefer, white, IPA, blonde or amber. Beer has a long history in Alsace! Ansa is brewed in Ensisheim (where it takes its name) and is a big hit! Born of the passion of its creators, it comes in four colors: white, blonde, black and red. But when a microbrewery is thirsty for innovation, it doesn't stop at its star products, hence a fine range of personalized, seasonal beers. Local products, rich in flavor, made with respect for tradition. The brewery also features an Alsatian restaurant and the opportunity to learn the secrets of brewing.

Initially based in the Tournus business incubator, Two Dudes has managed to grow and has just moved, at the beginning of 2024, to Crêches-sur-Saône. The premises are much larger, but the company's identity is still the same: combining beer and gastronomy. Come and discover Pierre's fine range of beers, and sample (by reservation and for groups only) Amandine's dishes, not far from the brewing vats. The two partners, with their solid background in the kitchen, also open their doors in bar mode on Thursdays and Fridays.

"Beers made in Sainté! ". All the breweries in Saint-Etienne closed some fifty years ago, but today beer is making a strong comeback in the region. Here, you'll find delicious craft beers that everyone loves, such as Glüttes and Copains-Chopines. Every month, 20,000 liters of beer are brewed to produce more than 10 different beers. Proof of the success and excellence of our beverages, La Machurée has even been awarded a Fourquet d'argent (national beer competition).
