La Voûte is a beer born in 2019 that refers to the heritage of Pouilly-en-Auxois. Olivier Vailly prepares his craft beers with carefully selected and blended hops and malts. Production capacity is 1,200 liters per month. Blonde, Blanche, Ambrée, Coffee Stout, IPA, seasonal or matured in cognac oak casks, the choice is vast.
