Bonus: a fine selection of Auxois wines, highlighting the region's little-known know-how. In the beer department, there's La Voûte, brewed under the grocery store where the micro-brewery is located. Of particular note: the attractive coffee and pastry tasting area, and even a daily menu on certain dates.

On the shelves: truffles, goat's cheese, sausages, about fifty wines, liqueurs, beers, jams, juices, Fallot and Reine de Dijon mustards, honeys, gingerbread, biscuits, aniseed, snails... But also wooden toys, jewellery, clothes, glass objects and even organic beauty products.

La Voûte is a beer born in 2019 that refers to the heritage of Pouilly-en-Auxois. Olivier Vailly prepares his craft beers with carefully selected and blended hops and malts. Production capacity is 1,200 liters per month. Blonde, Blanche, Ambrée, Coffee Stout, IPA, seasonal or matured in cognac oak casks, the choice is vast. Organically farmed, these finely flavored beers are the keystone of your meal.

La Cave de Camille, little sister of La Cave de Sombernon, is an independent wine shop offering over 900 references in wine, craft beers, spirits and even delicatessen. On site, Camille takes the time to listen to your request, then suggests a reference that matches what you've come for, and there are always some nice new additions. The store is just as welcoming as in Sombernon, immersed in a delicious English green with richly bottled shelves. The stopover in the renovated Pouilly center is well worth the detour.
