The gastronomic restaurant of Montrachet welcomes you in a XIXth century inn and in a new, bright interior, to discover the cuisine of the talented chef. Among the menus, the Jardins de Puligny invite you to taste a back of pearly yellow pollack, colored chard, vanilla fennel, Sichuan pepper juice. Closed for annual vacations from the end of November to mid-January. Open from Wednesday to Sunday for lunch from 12 to 1:30 pm and for dinner from 7 to 9 pm. Reservation recommended. Le Montrachet is a 19th century inn located in the heart of the village of Puligny-Montrachet. It offers beautiful and comfortable rooms equipped with television, air conditioning and a bathroom with bathtub. The hotel also has a restaurant where the refined and authentic cuisine is prepared with quality local products. You can taste Charolais beef, pike-perch from the Saône, pigeon in a cereal crust...
