An affair of friendship for the manufacture of artisanal and organic beer: the choice will be difficult among the 7 references of beers.
High school friends Jean-Baptiste Rousseau and Bastien Cissoire created the Brasserie Dune in 2021 to produce artisanal and organic beers. They chose to set up shop in an old barn and tobacco drying shed, located in Andressac on the Magné family farm. Today, the duo offers 7 different beers, including "Aux Antipodes" (fruity hops), "Les 400 coups" (Triple with day-old bread from the village bakery) and "Marius et Rosalie" (white beer with raspberry and rhubarb).
