Three friends, Julien, Nicolas and Thomas, brew a range of unpasteurized craft beers with 100% Bourbonnais appellations. A blonde, Beurdine, known as "la folle", a white, Jargeotte, known as "la bavarde", hopped whites, Dâleuse, meaning "it's hot", while Safr'Ane and Taloche are amber, and Bouchure is a brown. The alchemy of the brewers, combined with the cochonnailles d'la Vauvre, has given birth to Vauvrette, a smooth, light blonde, on sale exclusively at the Vauvre stall in Vallon-en-Sully.
