Château Auzias is one of the Carcassonnais region's leading wine tourism sites. Owned by the Auzias family for several generations, today it is Anastasia and Maxime Auzias who perpetuate the savoir-faire. The estate's 160 ha are planted with 12 grape varieties, the majority of which are Merlot, Cabernet, Grenache and Syrah. Château Pipeau is a red wine of Saint-Emilion Grand Cru appellation. The 25-hectare vineyard has been run by the same family since 1929. The four generations that have succeeded each other have transmitted a know-how that makes this wine unique. Today, it is Richard, Brigitte and Jean - lovers of the terroir - who run the wine estate. The family also owns Château Joinin. A favorite of our oenologists during the blind tasting! A funny name, but a great wine, for sure.

Jean-Philippe Ballanger has created the Moon Harbour brand, a 100% Bordeaux whisky: the cereals are grown in the region, the copper stills are made by a local craftsman, and the aging barrels come from nearby châteaux (Sauternes or red wine grands crus). The tour takes in the raw materials storage area, the vat room, the stills and a bunker converted into an ageing cellar. The tour ends with a tasting of the whiskies, rum and gin also distilled on site.

The Château de l'Aumérade is the most important of the 6 domains of the Fabre-Grimaldi family and one of the most famous houses in Provence. Its vineyard, located on the terroir of Pierrefeu du Var, extends over 330 hectares, 80 of which carry the prestigious title of Crus classés. The Marie-Christine rosé, a true icon of the house, is presented in a unique bottle designed by Charlotte Fabre in 1956 and modernized in 2019 by her great-granddaughter, Caroline Grimaldi-Demey. Be sure to visit its gardens, boutique and exhibition of santons de Provence.

Today, Christophe and Sophie Gouache are the owners of the legendary Château Loudenne, founded in 1670. The first terroir in the Médoc appellation, the vineyard borders the Gironde estuary, and boasts a private port where you can arrive by boat. The services on offer are worthy of the place: tours, tastings, workshops, cruises... The estate covers 132 hectares, including 62 hectares planted with Médoc red, Bordeaux white - the oldest in the Médoc (1880) - and rosé. The vineyard is certified organic in 2022 and HVE level 3 in 2017.

Located in the Margaux area, between sea and estuary, Château La Galiane has been a family estate for five generations. This 5-hectare estate is made up of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 45% Merlot and 5% Petit Verdot. The Renon family, who also manage Château Charmant, are passionate about showing you every aspect of this family-run vineyard. A traditional culture that favors organic fertilizers, reasoned weeding and manual harvesting. A warm welcome in the heart of these vines, some of which are over a hundred years old.

Cathy takes over from 7 generations of winegrowers on this estate created in 1850 by a village blacksmith. Passionate and determined, she strives to give her wine a feminine and very personal touch (it is the only vat room in the region painted in pink!). The meticulous work in the vineyard and in the cellar allows, vintage after vintage, to express magnificently the flavors and the values of this exceptional terroir. In the heart of the property, the château has opened its own guest rooms for 2 to 4 people and a loft "Chai Paulette" for 6 to 10 people.

Formerly owned by the Prince Noir, the estate underwent a facelift in 2010, when the cellars were rebuilt. This Grand Cru Classé is owned by the Boidron family, who began making wine in 1760, following the rhythm of nature. No herbicides are used here, the grapes are harvested by hand. Only batches of perfect quality are bottled at the Château. The wine is kept in an underground cellar. The awards and medals won are the result of this quality of work. The Boidron family is at the cutting edge of new technologies: a visit is a must!

Gathered around the hillside of Calon overlooking the vineyards of Saint-Emilion, Chateau Calon produces a Montagne Saint-Emilion several times medalist. In addition, there are other wines, the Saint-Georges Saint-Emilion, a Saint-Emilion grand cru classé and a Pomerol. Various vintages are available since 1988. Nearby, do not forget to contemplate the two windmills of the XVth century entirely restored, from where one benefits from a splendid panoramic sight. The site of a rare beauty is also a place of takeoff of hot-air balloons.

Château de Pressac, located in Saint-Étienne-de-Lisse, is a winery that welcomes around 10,000 visitors every year. Visitors have the opportunity to discover the magnificent panoramas and the heritage of centuries, as well as the art of vine and wine. The château has received several awards, including the Best Of du Tourisme Silver in 2006 in the "Parks, Gardens and Landscapes" category, the Best Of du Tourisme Gold in 2007 for its architecture, and the Best Of Wine in 2014 in the "Architecture and Landscapes" category. Visits are by appointment only. The boutique offers wines from the estate as well as a selection of wine-related items. In 2020, strict sanitary measures are in place, including the use of hydroalcoholic gel, compulsory masks and social distancing. The château also offers special tours and tastings, as well as buffet tours. Space can also be rented for business events.

The charm of Stéphane and Sandrine Briday's domaine is the pleasure of meeting passionate winemakers whose wines express the body and soul of this pretty corner of the Côte Chalonnaise. It's also the pleasure of discovering a range of affordable wines. Bourgogne, Villages, Premiers Crus red and white from 14 ha of vines stretching between Rully, Bouzeron and Mercurey, mainly Chardonnay. Stéphane, who is sensitive to environmental issues, practices integrated viticulture, respecting precise treatment specifications.

The Manoir des Parcellaires de Saulx is a former wine house in Meursault whose owners, winegrowers, merchants and soon to be hotel and restaurant owners at the Hôtel de la Commaraine, are committed to excellence. You are welcomed in a totally and superbly renovated cellar leading to a terrace overlooking the Murisaltian vineyards. Each tasting includes a visit to the cellars and can be accompanied by a VIP snack.

Louis de Belleroche, who took over management of Domaine Lejeune in 2023, looks after 8.7 ha of vines. Converted to organic farming in 2021, they are divided into 9 appellations, with the flagship Pommard Premiers Crus Les Rugiens, Les Poutures and Les Argillières. Its aim is to perpetuate the vineyard by rediscovering "good farming sense". The estate's values of hospitality and sharing remain intact, and the vines are ploughed in part on horseback to reduce soil compaction. The tour takes you into cellars steeped in history.

Château Le Bouïs is one of those estates that leave no one indifferent. The vaulted cellar, combining tradition and modernity, is one of the largest and most beautiful in the region. It's in this setting that you'll taste the château's warm, elegant AOP La Clape wines. The grape varieties grown on the 35-hectare estate, which is currently undergoing organic conversion, benefit from a gentle, low-intervention winemaking method. A free self-guided tour is available every day to help you discover this estate with its three hundred years of history.

The Patriarche cellars, built between the 13th and 19th centuries, house over 2 million bottles. The tour takes you through 5 km of galleries with tasting stops. Between its great wines, including the Signature Émotion cuvées, and the access to its heritage promoted by La Grande Visite, Patriarche asserts its status as a great wine tourism house in Burgundy.
