The success story of the chain starts in Lille, in the historic establishment of the station square. Just over 100 years ago, three brewers joined together to create a brewery, a large regional brewery. The next generation will have the great idea of creating a first "brewpub", a micro brewery in the heart of a restaurant. The concept is totally innovative in France. For many years, the company multiplies the creation of new establishments, in the region but also elsewhere in France and even abroad. The concept does not change: mix in the premises and in front of customers varied and craft beers. Today, the group has decided to diversify production by regularly offering éphèmères beers, allowing the brewers of each institution to express their creativity.
