This brewery is the very first in the region to have obtained organic certification. An important label for its founder, Mathieu Lepoutre, who uses only organic products in order to control their origin and quality. At the heart of the Ferme du Sens, the artisan brewers of Les Moulins d'Ascq are therefore busy creating organic, artisanal beers full of flavour. In 2015, their triple received a bronze medal at the Concours Agricole. But their whites, blondes and ambers are not to be outdone. Not to mention the IPA.
