The Dauphinois menu with a handcrafted cedar ravioli with cedar cream bearing a walnut oil salad, to finish with a Chartreux. Traditional cuisine continues with bistros dishes: calf head sauce, trifle kickback, vehicular fetching blankets, a surprising fish and chips, hamburgers (written thus) greedy to the charolais, duck or salmon and a good taste tartare. Always generous desserts with chocolate and cream cabbage. Wine list as a result, especially in beaujolais and Rhône coasts. A restaurant that claims to be a "franchil" and keeps its promises.
