Having a house spirit at 3 Brewers is even more fun to share every day, year-round, alone, with two, with friends or as a group. After a gourmet aperitif, a beer tasting, it's time to eat: Ch 'ti Maroilles Salad, but also Salad Caesar with crispy chicken, Fish & chips, famous Flammekueches, which are on the brink, the inevitable Flamandes Carbonnades, the Welshs or the XXL pork jam cooked to the beer of 3 Brewers, the sauces and the Hamburgers. Le Beaulieu. Certainly, the establishment is named after the strategic crossing of the Good Neighbourhood. The terrace at the low seats extends with pleasure on a large sidewalk far from the intense traffic. An establishment that benefits from the immediate proximity of the district of the Good, where the quality breweries are lacking… The staff were very friendly and helpful. We are in a friendly atmosphere and we discover a map full of promises held: homemade foie gras and its salad bush, superb meats like this tartar blended under our eyes with good homemade French fries, the andouillette of Lyon mustard sauce or this grenadin from calf to mushrooms. Quality cuisine that continues until dessert with a beautiful meringuée lemon pie. At noon, in summer, we are happy to discover the choice of seasonal salads for a supplement of vitamins and freshness. An animation every month, (orchestra, carnival, Savoyard evening…), a gourmet breakfast, wine tasting of the world, organised in evening cocktails…
