Best place to enjoy high quality meat.

A discreet Côtelette near Place aux Herbes, which has been delighting us for over 15 years now. Although it has a small terrace, it's worth discovering the surprising interior! The astonishing décor of a former convent, with its chapel and vaulted cellars, is ideal for private events. A "chapel" with concerts since this year (to be continued). Stone walls, warm ambience and fresh, traditional, home-cooked cuisine, using only the finest ingredients, such as this fine rib of beef or this confit of ribs. Daily market dishes. Wine list and boards to share. The pleasure of being together.

Personnel gentil , mais visiblement en nombre insuffisant. Nous avons pris notre entrée en décalé, suite à une erreur de la commande sur ma compagne, et avons attendu près d'une heure et demie pour le plat principal , dans une atmosphère surchauffée :pas de climatisation en salle . Nous sommes partis sans prendre de dessert. Nous n'étions pas les seuls dans ce cas , ce soir . Le patron nous as offert le bière en dédommagement . Dommage , cela aurait pu être une bonne soirée en couple.
