Thomas Cahen moved into the wonderful walls of Caffè Forté just 20 years ago, joined by chef Souleymane Diallo 8 years ago and sommelier - and co-owner of the premises - Maëlle Chevrier 3 years ago. A whole team at the service of our gourmet pleasures in an exceptional setting, a 17th-century town house, with its zinc counter and wooden benches from an Italian train... At lunchtime and in the evenings, our cuisine is based on local produce. Enjoy a variety of delights, from sea bass with crayfish sauce to duck breast confit with peach, not forgetting the LALA cream! Diabolique wine and spirits list.
