To find l'Amelyss, you have to go to this entrance to Grenoble, on the Porte de France side, to discover a restaurant as discreet as it is refined, run by passionate restaurateurs. Héloïse Pelletier and Gabriel Utecht offer contemporary cuisine made with the finest seasonal produce. With only a few covers - it's best to reserve - you can savour a combination of flavours at the pace of a market open to the world: slow-cooked veal, ewe's milk-fed potato and artichoke. Excellent wine list and expert advice. Worth discovering.
