Quality cuisine at an affordable price by Florent Breyton.

It's always a little frustrating to write an article about a well-known establishment - recommended by Le Petit Futé for years... - which was undergoing renovations during our summer visit to change its decor. The classic, slightly old-fashioned setting was undoubtedly the only weak point of this establishment run by chef Florent Breyton, who has succeeded in making delicate, refined cuisine available to the widest possible audience, using only the finest produce in the best French tradition. While the decor may have changed by the time of our next visit, we can be sure that the quality of the dishes will remain top-notch, with a wine list to match. To be rediscovered soon.

Table excellente. Menu avec un foie gras savoureux, vins et dessert à tomber.
Le cadre reste un peu neutre par contre. une grande pièce un peu vide mériterait des cloisonnements afin d'éviter d'être comme dans une salle de resto d'un hôtel.
