Jean-Michel Novelle, international consultant oenologist, is part of the adventure. The trio has rethought everything, from the 58-hectare vineyard to the winery. The 2 hectares of the estate have been in the family since the First World War, but the current plan has been a gradual expansion with about ten hectares planted over a five-year period. The Boutique des Saucissons, the factory store of this gourmet brand, sells about forty sausages and specialties. We can't recommend that you go and taste the wines, as you won't leave empty-handed.
