At the Pisse Renard farm, a family-run business with a funny nickname, over 10 hectares of chestnut trees are farmed organically and with Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée certification, using traditional methods. The fruit is sold fresh on site in season, or in the form of various products made on site: chestnut cream, flour, syrup, glazed chestnuts, etc.
The farm also has a small flock of Velay black ewes, which play an active role in the upkeep of the grounds, and a small fruit orchard.
